Most dogs with coats that grow continuously (such as Cockapoos, Poodles, Bichons, and Schnauzers) benefit from a grooming schedule of every 4 to 8 weeks. Breeds with short double coats typically visit every 8 to 12 weeks for de-shedding. I will recommend a personalised schedule tailored to your pet during your visit.
My studio operates strictly on a one-to-one basis, which means there are no loud barking dogs, no busy waiting areas, and no rushed schedules. I take all the time your dog needs, allowing them to sniff around, take regular breaks, and build trust at their own pace.
No, never. I do not use drying cabinets or keep dogs locked in cages. Every dog is hand-dried and attended to constantly throughout their entire appointment.
I only use premium, UK-made, cruelty-free shampoos and coat treatments packed with natural botanicals and essential oils. All products are free from harsh chemicals, sulphates, and parabens, making them safe even for dogs with sensitive skin or allergies.
Yes. For the safety of all pets in my care, all dogs must be up to date with their core vaccinations. Puppies are welcome once they have completed their initial vaccination courses and clearance period.
